About the Event
In this workshop series, participants will work through monologues and scenes, looking at acting technique, script analysis and characterization. It is a chance for actors to develop and practice their skills, build their monologue repertoire and perform for an audience (optional). Although there is some theory involved, it is largely a practical course where the majority of each session will involve practicing, doing, watching and feeding back. Participants should have some basic acting experience (school plays, larger productions, acting classes, etc. all of this counts!).
This course will be taught by Courtney Beamish.
