Spring Courses Are Back! - 2025

Spring might not yet be in the air, but our Spring Season of courses is coming together. We still have a couple more potential courses in the works but we didn't want to hold out on you with what we've got so far.

First, we will be offering a Character Acting (in person) course on Mondays from Feb. 17-Mar. 24 (19:00-21:00). This course will focus on different character "types" every week, giving actors a chance to develop characters that they might not normally get to play, stretching themselves and adding more tools to their toolbox. This course is perfect for exploring a variety of characters and styles, as well as helping to breakout of "type casting" roles you might find yourself in. This course will be taught by Courtney Beamish and is limited to 10 participants.

Second, we will be offering an Acting for Shakespeare (online) course on Fridays from Mar. 21-May 2 (19:00-20:00). This course is back by popular demand (now offered online) and will focus on navigating Shakespeare's language, common audition monologues and performance of some of The Bard's most famous scenes! This course will be taught by Jenna McKellips and is limited to 6 participants for ease of participants in the online space (we want everyone to have lots of air time!). However, if there is a lot of interest, we do have the potential to add a second class.

Visit our Courses page to find out more about what's on offer, including location and costs, and to register your place. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at info@whiterabbittheatre.org.

Also, although our February LAMDA exams are fully booked and already underway, we do have ONE space left for our April exams. That space will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis. White Rabbit is now offering the LAMDA program both on the exam and non-exam tracks and with the option of mixed in-person and online sessions. We invite you to get in contact for more information.

Finally, thank you to all who came out for our auditions for the new Edinburgh Fringe Festival training / touring program, in cooperation with Ettore Nicoletti. We are finalizing our cast / participants now and can't wait to make our announcement. So stay tuned for that and also for a few more courses along the way!
